Sunshine in the Rain

There are some friends that I hold fiercely onto, and now more than ever, these are the people who have supported me through storms and earthquakes, and I know these are those who will not leave in a drizzle or a shake.

I don’t like naming people on this blog; I don’t fancy the specifics of my life fodder for coffee talk. But there are two very very awesome friends that I have, so thank you Syl and Jinhua, for all your love, kindness, and ever-embracing arms.

Indeed, I am blessed beyond my needs, my wants and my imagination. MJ said once in a prayer for me before that ,”Feli, you’ll be so blessed that you will start to ask God ,’ Why?’, but still His abundant blessings will fill you so much that you can’t contain it”. Not the exact words totally, but roughly along these lines.

These days, I look around me, and see the many wondrous and uncountable gifts God has placed in my life; a wonderful family that care and are not afraid to show it, friends that teach me the meaning of love, and hardly am I ever in lack materially. God is an almighty God, and He has always showed himself true as Jehovah Jireh, my provider. All glory to God and no body else.

Now my prayer is that I see the other different aspects of God as well, apart from His provision. I can’t quite wait when God reveals the other sides of Himself to me as well.
